THE CHARITÉ: A PLACE OF TRUST

The Charité is for all Berliners much more than a place of outstanding research and teaching. It is the hospital we trust and to which we entrust the responsibility for our own health and that of our loved ones. As an institution with long-standing roots in our city, the Charité stands not only for medical excellence, but also for a sense of safety and care.

OUR ENGAGEMENT FOR THE CHARITÉ

Our goal is to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care at the Charité. We promote innovative approaches and support the provision of resources that enable the Charité to provide even more effective care to its patients and further develop its medical expertise.

SUPPORT FOR NURSING STAFF

A particular focus is on supporting the Charité’s approximately 6,000 nursing staff. Their tireless work is invaluable to patient care and the smooth running of the hospital, but often goes unrecognized. It is therefore important to us to recognize their work and support their needs.

DIALOGUE WITH THE PUBLIC

We are committed to an open and constructive dialogue with the wider community. The aim of this dialogue is to create a better understanding of the needs and challenges in the healthcare sector and to work together to develop solutions that benefit everyone.
